Last night, X-Alps competitor Thomas de Dorlodot gave a talk about his experience in this years contest... My poor or rather non existent French language meant that I did not understand so retreated with some friends for a meal and drinks instead. He also plans to do another talk about flying in Pakistan this year. Unsure if I can learn French in this short time to appreciate what will be said...
Today the task has been cancelled again due to the strong winds which are likely to be here for the week.
However, the organisers are moving us all tomorrow to try and get a task in 3 hours away at a new site to me... Thorenc - Col de Bleyne
Tonight the competitors will be heading for dinner but will be leaving early in the morning so will have to moderate ;-) ;-)
